The title of the exhibition, Metamorphoses, reflects not only the artist's own varied oeuvre, but also his drawings, which, as an admirer of Franz Kafka, he created based on the famous short story Metamorphosis. HR Giger was otherwise a great admirer of the Czech-German literary scene and was fascinated by the magical world of Gustav Meyrink in addition to Kafka.
